My husband Andrew and I have been married for 32 years. When I met him it was love at first sight! I was 13 years old at the time and I couldn't have imagined back then that one day I would be his. I am forever grateful. He is a man of integrity. He is my rock and my strength. He is my adventure buddy. He is the yin to my yang and I am grateful every day for him.

Our 4 children are our greatest joys in life! This was the last picture we had before they started leaving the nest. :) We are empty nesters now but love to keep up with their amazing lives and love any chance we have to be together. Being a parent has been such an amazing part of my life. Watching them grow and find their talents feels like Christmas every day - they just keep unwrapping little pieces of themselves and they are all such a gift!

I love to create a safe place for people to heal. I love to teach, empower and inspire the great clients I work with.

I love LOVE and anything to do with the heart. I love the creation process - it is thrilling to me! I love milk chocolate and

a good movie night. If I could do anything, I would be riding my bike listening to Christian rock music or enjoying time in nature. I am a Jesus lover through and through.
